Are there shipping charges?
Shipping charges are not included and are based on the recipient’s zip code. All products are shipped to ensure delivery within 48 hours of ship date.
Does someone have to be home to receive the package?
UPS will deliver the package without a signature. If you are sending the package as a gift, we highly recommend letting the recipient know to expect a package between 9am and 7pm.
How is the package Shipped?
The package is packed frozen on Dry-ice. The package should be cool-to-the-touch or frozen when you receive it (40 degrees Fahrenheit or below). If there is dry-ice remaining in the package, Do Not touch the ice with your bare hands.
How should I store the products?
Any food that you do not plan on eating the day you receive the package, store in a freezer. This will keep the products fresh for the longest period of time. Items that are non-perishable can be kept at room temperature.

Can I put the products in the freezer?
The products are shipped frozen; you can put them in the freezer when you receive them.
How long do the products keep in the freezer?
For the best taste, we recommend eating the frozen products within 90 days; however the products will keep in the freezer longer.
How long do the products keep in the refrigerator?
A defrosted product can last in the refrigerator for 48 hours. However, we recommend eating the product within 24 hours of defrosting. We recommend cooking all frozen products directly from the freezer.
When do I need to place my order?
All frozen and refrigerated orders are shipped via Fed Ex for delivery within 48 hours of the ship date. In order to avoid missed deliveries product will only be shipped Monday – Wednesday. Orders must be received no later than 12pm CT in order to be received the same week. If Saturday delivery is required please call us at 773 523 8161 and arrangements can be made

Is there any way to speed up the checkout process?
Yes, by accessing your Account Information you may add recipients to your Shipping Addresses. Then during the checkout process you select from your saved addresses and it will pull up that recipients shipping information so you don’t need to type it each time.
What information do you need to send out a package?
We need a complete street address (with correct zip code, apartment or suite numbers, spellings of streets) city and a daytime phone number for the recipient. A business name is needed for all business deliveries.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's or HC addresses. Fed Ex requires a physical street address. Damages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Please be sure to double check addresses.
Can you ship outside of the USA?
No, currently we can only ship within the 50 USA states.
Can I ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship to these Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico. All shipments are subject to current charges based on the recipient’s zip code.
